Color Sampler Tool
allows you to view color values in defined spots of your image:
In the Toolbox, select the Color Sampler Tool.
Click on the image where you want to set the first sampler. Sampler #1 appeared in Info palette shows the current values in your color channels.
You can set up to 4 color samplers on your image.
Samplers get saved in your image, so you can know color values in defined spots even after you reopen the image.
In the Options bar, you can change sample size (sampler's range). Point Sample reads out values from a single pixel; 3 by 3 and 5 by 5 read average values from larger areas.
You can move samplers with Color Sampler Tool to any other spot to read color values from.
As default a sampler's readout on info palette depends on color mode of your image (on animation - RGB); you can however choose other readout: right-click on a color sampler and choose in context menu other color mode.
To hide / show annotations use [Ctrl+H] shortcut.
To delete a sample, either use context menu (movie) or Alt-shift-click on it (mouse-click holding [Alt+Shift] keys pressed).

Last Step:Adding a mirror reflection of the Metal Piece:

A last effect that I want to show you is the mirror reflection effect in Photoshop. For this, you have to select all the layers created till now, without the background, and duplicate them. After, merge them in one layer(Ctrl+E).Then flip the layer Vertical by going to Edit->Transform->Flip Vertical and put it under the initial metal piece.

Sunrise Effect
Step 1: For this tutorial, we will need an evening image, you can download one here (click "Download" to get the original picture but you need a free account) or use the picture below
303Sunrise1
If you use the original image, you should resize it to 600 pixels width by going to Image > Image Size and type 600 in the first textbox
Step 2: Press DX to reset your foreground and background colors. Create a new layer and fill it with black by pressing Ctrl-Backspace. In fact, you can fill it with any color you like because we just need a solid layer to do the next step. Your Layers tab now looks like this:
303Sunrise2
Step 3: Go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise and use these settings:
303Sunrise3
Step 4: We should reduce the opacity of this layer to see our Background layer, adjust the slide bar under the Opacity property in the Layers tab a bit
303Sunrise4
Step 5: Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur, and use these settings:
303Sunrise5
The center of these "beams" should lie at the horizon so if you don't blur it right, just undo and repeat this step again. Press Ctrl-F twice to make our beams smoother

Step 6
: Change the Blend Mode of the current layer to Screen
303Sunrise6
After this step we have:
303Sunrise7

Step 7: Set the Opacity of the current layer to 100% again, we don't need to make it opaque any more. Now we will make the Sun ^_^ by going to Filter > Render > Lens Flare, adjust its settings to place the Sun on the horizon
303Sunrise8
If you do it right, our image will look like this:
 303Sunrise9
Step 8: Use the Eraser Tool (E) with a soft brush to erase the beams lie on the land
303Sunrise10
Step 9: To make the remaining beams look more real, we should add a vector mask to it, so click on the Add vector mask icon
303Sunrise11
Step 10: Use the Gradient Tool (G) with Foreground to Background (white to black) and Radial Gradient options
303Sunrise12
Hold down your mouse at the Sun and drag outward like this
303Sunrise13
Now our sunlight looks more real. If you want it brighter, simply press Ctrl-J to duplicate the current layer.
You can use the Brush Tool (B) and pick a nice star shape to decorate your photo. Here is the final result:
303Sunrise14
You can also apply a vector mask to these stars to make them look more real, have fun with it!

Step 9: Merge this layer down with Layer 1 then go to Filter>Distort>Twirl and use a small angle like we did at step 3
AbstractFlower10
Step 10: Duplicate this layer and go to Filter>Distort>Twirl one more time and use a negative angle to twirl it in the opposite direction
AbstractFlower11
Step 11: Change its blending mode to Screen and now we have a beautiful flower!
AbstractFlower12
Step 12: Merge down this layer and go to Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap and use these settings:
AbstractFlower13
Our image will look like this:
AbstractFlower14
Step 13: Go to Layer>Flatten Image to merge all of your layer to one layer (Background layer) and go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation to color it with these settings:

       + Inner Glow:
37NeonLight4
       + Gradient Overlay:
37NeonLight5
Now our text will look like this:
37NeonLight6
Step 4: Choose the original text layer, in this case "smalltutorials" and duplicate it. This action will make our text brighter a bit. Flatten all the layers (by right click on the Background layer and choose Flatten Image)
Step 5: Duplicate your image and change its Blending mode to Linear Dodge. The effect will pretty amazing:
37NeonLight8
Finally I add a background which matches with this effect
